Can I get refunded for upgraded account status?

If you recently purchased an upgraded account and contact us we will be happy to refund you for the month. However if you write us and say you have been paying for an upgraded account for like a year and want it all refunded, then no, we won't do that.

Can I get refunded for ad campaigns?

Like the answer above we will be more than willing to refund people for mistaken purchases or errors in setting up an ad campaign. However if your ad has been running for many days, weeks, then no we do not offer refunds for those scenarios. We are always here to help out if you need it with setting up an ad campaign for your scale modeling business.
